The Village of Canal Flats would like to welcome our new Chief Administrative Officer, Cynthia White. Cynthia comes with over 12 years of experience working in small municipal governments in the Northwest Territories and BC, including 4 years in a CAO role. She comes with a wealth of operational experience and knowledge that one only gets working in smaller communities.

When Cynthia is not at work, she coaches various youth sports and spends time outdoors with her family. She can often be seen trying to keep up with her kids (and usually failing) while snowboarding or skiing. She and her family are looking forward to living in and exploring all that Columbia Valley has to offer.
